10 Slices of Bacon
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Roll of Croissants
1/2 Cup Big Whisk Green Chili Jam
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fry bacon, once done cooking cut or crush into bacon bits and set aside
Roll out croissant dough into one large sheet closing seams and set aside
In bowl mix 4oz cream cheese, 1/2 C Big Whisk Green Chili Jam, bacon bits (add more if desired)
Spread mixture on croissant sheet in a thin layer
Roll into on long log and cut into 1/2 in slices
Place on non-stick cooking sheet
Bake 20 minutes or until golden grownGreen Chili Jam Brie Cheese BitesIngredients
1 Roll of Croissants
1 Block Brie cheese
Big Whisk Green Chili Jam
Mini Muffin Pan (24 count)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Roll out croissant dough into one large sheet closing seams and cut into 2” squares. Place squares into muffin cups
Remove rind of Brie cheese and slice into 24 equal chunks. Place in croissant squares in muffin cups
Top Brie cheese chunk with 1/2-1tsp of Big Whisk Green Chili Jam (adjust as desired)
Bake 8-10 min
Garnish with fruit, nuts or herbs as desired Big Whisk Green Chili Jam Quesadillas Ingredients
2 Flour Tortillas
3/4 C Rotisserie Chicken
1/2 C Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
2tbsp Big Whisk Green Chili Jam
Directions
On one tortilla spread Big Whisk Green Chili Jam
Layer 3/4 C Chicken and 1/2 C cheese
Top with second tortilla
Grill both sides until lightly brown and all cheese is melted
