The Reindeer Farm, believe it or not, has much more to do than the actual Reindeers. With general admission, you get access to the following things for $15. Food Trucks (Including a Wine truck)

FREE hot chocolate

Yard games like Cornhole, jumbo connect 4 and more

Train: Adults can not ride with kids, if you’ve got very little ones you’ll have to opt-out but the train takes breaks so our little one was just fine sitting on it for a minute then he was ready for the next fun activity!

Fire Pits

Snowball fight, or large area with balls that kids can run, play, throw, you get the idea.

Bounce house

Animals: So we will get to the actual Reindeer, or what they call the Reindeer encounter, but there are a TON of other animals on the farm. Mainly in two areas, one is a petting farm where you go in the pens with sheep and pigs, and another area where they are fenced in that you can still pet but you are not in there with them like llamas, cows, more pigs, donkeys, and of course REINDEER!

Well we’ve already outlined that there is SO MUCH to do but you are right, the Reindeer are the show stopper. At the Reindeer Farm, they have a separate experience called the Reindeer Encounter. You book this for the day you want to go to the Reindeer Farm and choose a specific time slot. With the Reindeer Encounter, you get an extra experience that takes about 30 minutes where you learn more about the Reindeer, where they came from and you get to pet and take photos up close and personal with the Reindeer (Can you say Christmas Card?). When you book, it comes with a full day pass with all the things mentioned above for $35 total. So why else go to the Reindeer Farm in Bowling Green? I mean, besides making lasting memories with your family, getting into the holiday spirit and doing something new and unique – you are also supporting local. The farm is not commercialized, so it is truly a family farm that is sharing their love of animals with you. You’ll likely run into the owners and they will be the one’s taking you through the Reindeer Encounter or greeting you onto the farm.Need more details, here’s the need to knows:Cost: $15 for a day pass
